Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days (48 hours) after receiving your item to request a return. It will take a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Note that this is only for SINS STUDIO products, and does not apply for Custom pieces under SINS/WEARABLE ART
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still intact and in its original packaging (bags/mailers). If the product is received in a damaged condition, you must send us a video immediately upon unpacking, showing all the damage, via email at shop@sinsstudio.com within 24-48 hours. If you fail to provide clear video evidence of the damage while claiming that the product was received in a damaged condition, the refund will be rejected. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area’s pin code.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Products cannot be returned after the first wash if the fabric, color, or any other part of the product is damaged, as we are not responsible for failure to follow the wash care instructions. We advise you to reach out to us via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram to clarify wash care before washing.
Exchanges
We only provide exchanges for an issue in size. We do not provide exchanges for a different item or style. To be eligible for an exchange of size, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still intact and in its original packaging (bags/mailers). If the product is received in a damaged condition, you must send us videos and photo proofs immediately upon unpacking, showing all
the damage, via email at shop@sinsstudio.com within 24-48 hours. If you fail to provide clear video evidence of the damage while claiming that the product was received in a damaged condition (within 24-48hours), the refund will be rejected. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15-20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In case of returns, shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 21 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@sinsstudio.com.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Products once ordered cannot be canceled. Items received as free giveaways cannot be exchanged for any issues. The free giveaway product will be sent to you in the same size as the main order received, or we may reach out to you to clarify the size if it’s not clear before sending.
Self-Shipping for Returns
If your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The ORDER ID and registered mobile number should be mentioned on the packaging. Be sure to read the ‘Eligibility’ section thoroughly to ensure the products are returned as expected.
Other Terms and Conditions
The bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any errors in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the brand.
