Shipping policy

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and item availability. Please note that products once ordered cannot be canceled.

Deliveries are only made on working days, from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 6 PM,
excluding national holidays and festivals. For any unexpected delays in shipping, we will reach out to you via email to keep you informed.

Domestic shipping (within India) will take a maximum of 7 working days from the day after the order is placed.

International shipping will take a maximum of 15 working days from the day after the order is placed.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the price of the product will be refunded if the refund is approved by our team for appropriate reasons (refer to the RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY for eligibility criteria for return/exchange).

Unfortunately, we are not accepting international returns at the moment, as we are still building our website and expanding our logistics team. If you wish to return a product from any country other than India, you may do so; however, shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.
